On writing this series

Not sure about other authors but I have found that using music can be highly motivational to get in the mood [and help me stay there] for certain novels. I thought it might be fun to link some of the music I used as I wrote Memories of a Distant Future. I have found that if I set up a playlist of this music, that it keeps me going throughout an evening.  I even left a teaser for my next book in the series.  ENJOY!!

Finally finished my last major revisions for Book 1.

It has been an amazing journey but I have learned a ton.

The goal is to publish it June 22, 2015.

Meanwhile I have a lot of extra work to do to get it ready for prime time.

Good Book Reviews...

...have created a better book.  I am revising the book now to include those important ideas and suggestions.  Half way through the process and hoping to have the book ready for publish in March of 2015.

It has been a long road and tough at times but I am looking forward to finally getting the first book out.  Then I will focus on the second which could be 6 to 9 months behind the first.

2015 hopes to be GREAT year.

Getting closer...

Well, the next step is on its way. I have begun work on the cover for Book 1 and hope to finish up the final editing over the 4th of July.  Everything is coming together nicely although it is taking more time than I had anticipated.  Life gets in the way sometimes.

The Purpose of this Bog

[This is the first time I have done this, so please have patience...]

This is a blog detailing a new series called the Way of the Horse.  As Book 1, Memories of a Distant Future gets closer to being done and published it will detail where I am in the process and when we can expect to see it out.  This book is about a man thrown into an unknown world where what he once knew is gone but still the same.  Old places seem familiar, the just lack civilization.  Then he comes across the inhabitants of this world and they don't seem so strange after all.

The second purpose of this blog is the hope to be able to dangle a few tidbits about the writing of the series and the area it abounds in as well as give updates on Book 2, Suspicions of a Distant Future.

Book 1 is in the final stages of editing and the goal is to have it ready to go live by July 4th, 2014.

Book 2 is well on its way and may be finished by Christmas of 2014, but no promises [life has a funny way of getting in the way].
